Chevy Chase Village
A client who loved to relax with family and entertain large groups needed to create more privacy and usable space out of her garde.
Evergreens were used for screening in front of a new picket fence. A double arch and gate frame by matching dogwoods creates a focal point in the garden and visual separation from the parking pad.
A retractable awning was added for sun protection, and antique mirrors were installed on a brick wall to reflect and enlarge the garden.
The client's favorite color is teal, so the plant palette focused on coordinating colors of hot pink, chartreuse, purple and white.
